Congratulations to Sally Ring, whose client was granted a writ of habeas corpus! The client was charged with three felonies but the judge granted PR bonds, stating Governor Abbott’s Executive Order GA-13 was unconstitutional, violating the U.S. and Texas constitutions, due process, and separation of powers.
